Roundbridge Park attracts great interest
The original Roundbridge Farm building was marketed as a “shell and core” project for a self-builder to complete to their own spec and finishes. The project attracted a huge amount of interest, resulting in over 50 viewings and multiple offers.
The successful purchaser made a strong bid, well in excess of the asking price and is now looking to extend by adding a contemporary extension to create a new family home of around 6000 sq ft., having contracted the JBS team to produce detailed designs and to complete the project on their behalf. Planning permission is pending.
Despite the Covid19 restrictions, this first sale has completed and the Roundbridge Park project is continuing as planned.

Work has recommenced on-site and we are now proceeding with our 2nd house, Hoebridge House which is scheduled for completion in early 2021. Hoebridge will be a stunning family home in excess of 4000 sq ft and 0.75 acre site. Demand is expected to be strong as potential buyers will be able to see what’s going on with Roundbridge Farm itself, with all doubt removed as to the viability of the entire development.
Roundbridge Park will indeed be a beautiful place to live and enjoy this stunning, quiet rural location, less than two miles from Woking mainline station and adjacent to Hoebridge golf course. Early purchasers will have the opportunity to customise and bespoke the interior finishes and specifications.
